1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of pageandco.io, PageCo Advisory LLC website content, forms, partner links, communications, and related online materials. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these terms.
Paid client work may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, invoice terms, nondisclosure agreement, or written contract. If those documents conflict with these website terms for a specific project, the signed project document controls for that project.
2. About PageCo services
PageCo Advisory provides business advisory, strategy, entity structuring support, automation, website development, marketing and sales systems, custom AI and SaaS support, project management, operational cleanup, and related execution support. PageCo is an advisory and implementation company, not a law firm, accounting firm, broker-dealer, investment advisor, lender, insurance agency, or tax preparer unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.
3. No legal, tax, investment, lending, or financial advice
Website content and general communications are for informational and business planning purposes only. Nothing on this website creates an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, lending, investment advisory, or tax preparer relationship. Entity structuring, business credit, asset protection, tax, legal, accounting, securities, lending, insurance, and compliance decisions should be reviewed with properly licensed professionals.
PageCo may help organize information, prepare business systems, coordinate vendors, and support planning, but final decisions remain your responsibility.
4. No guaranteed results
PageCo does not guarantee revenue, profit, business credit approvals, bank approvals, lending outcomes, tax savings, legal outcomes, search rankings, traffic, conversions, platform approvals, funding, investor interest, software performance, or any specific business result. Results depend on market conditions, budget, client execution, third-party platforms, industry, competition, timing, and many factors outside PageCo control.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Review deliverables, drafts, filings, copy, automations, websites, and recommendations before use.
- Obtain legal, tax, accounting, lending, insurance, HR, cybersecurity, or regulatory review when needed.
- Maintain access to your own accounts, platforms, domains, hosting, email, banking, and software.
- Secure passwords, API keys, private information, and payment credentials.
- Comply with laws, platform terms, advertising rules, email/SMS rules, privacy obligations, and industry regulations.
6. Proposals, payments, and scope
Pricing, deposits, payment timing, deliverables, milestones, timelines, revision limits, support periods, and cancellation terms are controlled by the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, work may pause if invoices are past due, required information is missing, or client approvals are delayed.
Out-of-scope work, rush requests, additional revisions, third-party fees, platform subscriptions, filing fees, ad spend, stock assets, plugins, hosting, domains, and software costs may be billed separately or paid directly by the client.
7. Third-party tools, vendors, and affiliate links
PageCo may recommend or link to third-party platforms, vendors, software, hosting providers, payment processors, formation providers, analytics tools, affiliate tools, AI platforms, and other services. PageCo may receive compensation through affiliate or partner links. Third-party tools are controlled by their own providers, not PageCo.
PageCo is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, data practices, product decisions, account suspensions, policy changes, approval decisions, integrations, security incidents, or service failures.
8. Websites, SEO, AEO, LLM indexing, and marketing
PageCo may build websites, landing pages, SEO foundations, AEO content, LLM discovery files, analytics setup, marketing systems, email flows, funnels, outbound scripts, and conversion assets. Search engines, AI systems, ad platforms, social networks, inbox providers, and marketplaces control how content is crawled, ranked, indexed, shown, filtered, approved, or rejected. PageCo does not guarantee rankings, inclusion, visibility, ad approval, deliverability, lead volume, or conversion rates.
9. AI, automation, and software support
AI systems, automations, scripts, dashboards, integrations, and software workflows can produce errors, incomplete outputs, unexpected behavior, downtime, or inaccurate results. You are responsible for testing, supervising, and approving outputs before relying on them in business, legal, financial, employment, customer, or regulated decisions.
10. Intellectual property
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, PageCo retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, internal tools, prompts, processes, know-how, strategy documents, reusable code, libraries, and general business knowledge. After full payment, clients receive the rights described in the applicable proposal or agreement for final approved deliverables created specifically for that project.
Drafts, rejected concepts, internal notes, source files, strategy frameworks, and working materials are not transferred unless expressly stated in writing.
11. Website content and acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, attack, overload, exploit, or misuse the website, content, forms, code, brand assets, or partner links. You may not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, malicious, or confidential third-party information without authorization.
12. Confidentiality
PageCo treats client business information with practical care and discretion. Formal confidentiality duties, nondisclosure obligations, data handling procedures, and exceptions should be documented in a signed agreement where needed. Do not send highly sensitive information through general website forms.
13. Testimonials, portfolio use, and case studies
Unless restricted by a written agreement, PageCo may reference general project categories, non-confidential work, results, logos, testimonials, or case studies for portfolio and marketing purposes. Confidential information will not be intentionally disclosed without authorization.
14. Disclaimers
The website and general materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” PageCo disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, and guaranteed outcomes to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PageCo Advisory LLC, Page Legacy Holdings LLC, owners, contractors, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, business interruption, platform suspension, third-party failure, or similar damages. For website use and non-paid interactions, total liability is limited to $100. For paid services, total liability is limited to the amount paid to PageCo for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PageCo Advisory LLC, Page Legacy Holdings LLC, owners, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, violation of law, third-party rights, client-provided materials, or use of PageCo deliverables in a way not approved or intended.
17. Governing law and venue
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in Texas with proper jurisdiction.
18. Changes to these terms
PageCo may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates are effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
